We offer shipping services to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam). Standard shipping covers the contiguous U.S.; freight shipping for Alaska/Hawaii/territories requires specialized arrangements due to size and weight constraints. PO box shipping is only available for foldable tatami mats; large furniture requires a physical delivery address.

Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

- After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number (and freight carrier contact info for large items) to monitor delivery status in real time. For white glove delivery, we will provide a 4-hour delivery window the day before arrival.
- For customized products, we send production update emails (e.g., "Custom Wardrobe Fabricated & CARB Certified," "Personalized Tatami Mat Ready to Ship") with compliance documentation attached.
- You can view your order status by logging into your account on our website. If tracking information is not updated for more than 3 business days (freight) or 5 business days (parcel), or if your package is delayed, contact our customer service team immediately—we will coordinate with the carrier to resolve issues promptly.

Shipping Notes

- Furniture Protection: All engineered wood furniture is packed with moisture-proof film, corner protectors, and reinforced cartons to prevent damage. Wardrobes and storage cabinets include anti-tip kits (required for safety per ASTM F2057) and assembly tools. Tatami mats are sealed in waterproof packaging to maintain quality during transit.
- Packaging & Inspection: Inspect the outer packaging for damage (dents, tears, water marks) before signing for delivery. For freight items, note any damage on the delivery receipt and take photos, then contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement—critical for maintaining compliance and product integrity.
- Freight Delivery Requirements: Ensure clear access to your delivery address (e.g., elevator availability for multi-story buildings, 3-foot clearance for stairs). If access is restricted, notify us in advance to arrange specialized handling.
- Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Moving Season), freight shipping may be delayed by 2–3 business days. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely arrival.
